Harper College’s Strengthening Workforce Skills Program is offering scholarship funding for eligible individuals to access high-impact noncredit training.
You may qualify for SWS scholarship funding if you are:
- An adult (18 or older), particularly if you are underserved by current education or workforce systems
- Unemployed or underemployed and seeking marketable skills for better employment opportunities
- A member of an underrepresented group within your current or desired career field
- A small business owner or employee looking to develop job-specific or technical skills
- An incumbent worker, supported by your employer to receive advanced or specialized training
- An employer, seeking customized training solutions to enhance your workforce

- Digital Skills and Technology
- Healthcare
- Manufacturing
- Career Development
